Finally another 60hr of my life without needing to clean any rooms or scrub any toilets or do any beds or arrange any furitures.. This is kinda the most looked forward to days out of my whole internship so far.. My fingers are pretty much worn out from all the handling of chemicals and clothes while cleaning the rooms.. rubbing them against my skins is almost as if im using sandpaper to scrap off my skin.. Shall make full use of this off days to do some self manicure and hopefully save my fingers before they are damaged beyond repairs..

I know i have owe alot alot of blog debts and its high time i clear them.. so here they are and although not very detailed.. is a rough sketch of what are some of the events that happened during this period of absence..

Went Msia City Square the previous 60hr off day for some shopping and getaway.. and it was my first time taking a public transport into Msia.. something new for me but at the same time rather painful towards my EZ-link card because we did not complete the bus ride as we could walk from the custom.. so they charged full price which is Ouch kinda..

Had Seoul Garden there as it was a sudden cravings because Alvin was talking to me about it.. but nevertheless.. i still prefer Sukiya.. that is probably the best steamboat buffet that i have tasted so far..

Afterwards was shopping around.. it been a real long time since i last shopped for anything.. now if i go shopping.. its probably because of work.. such as a soft comfortable black leather shoe meant for work.. =/

After the first failure over at Qiann house where we end up overheating or shocking the microwave.. we decided to try again but at my house this time round.. its reall easy to make a cheesecake as you can see from the above steps which start at top left and continue clockwise and end at the top left again..

So its just.. washing beforehand.. pound the biscuits.. mix the flour and cream cheese.. grease the pan.. create the base.. blend in other ingredients.. pour into pan.. put into oven.. wait.. take out.. enjoy~.. and wash all the equipments.. There..

Alot more successful as this time round we can see the cake.. but it is still burnt and we have no idea why.. perhaps we need a new recipe.. but with the tremendous amount of work to be done and so little off days.. this will probably have to wait for an indefinite amount of time..

Those that did not attend better feel guilty and turn up for the rest of the class outings which we will be having every month from now to share our horrible working experience.. Shallnt ponder over the attendance for now.. =/

We celebrated Evan birthday there too where she got a Vodka as her present.. She was made to drink it and was pretty sober for the first couple of seconds where she was feeling all weird about the taste and sudden feeling of heat throughout her body and soon.. she is an uncontrollable laughing maniac which we have to quickly get her removed from the airport before the security came down to check on her.. =)

There.. quite eventful post huh.. Now to enjoy the rest of my 60hr Off Day.. Tada~
