10th Nov - Day one of Supervisor

Finally the day that i waited so long has arrived.. I put on a long sleeve white shirt.. throw on a black jacket.. tie up my blue tie.. attached on my name tag.. wore my black shoes.. locked up my locker.. and out i walk.. as the new supervisor... trainee though.. =P

Today is an information overload day.. where everything is thrown at me one shot and expect me to pick up as much as possible before they start to drill everything into my mind one by one.. So today was quite mentally tiring.. and a little physically because of the non stop climbing of stairs.. but still went quite smoothly..

But anyway.. Being supervisors here is not about superiority and control yet.. on the other hand it get quite a bit challenging.. all the blames are pushed onto you if the rooms are not done nicely.. if anything is not done up to standard we have to do it before releasing the rooms.. the FO and Coordinator will chase us with almost a sms every 5min.. and we have to check 40 rooms in 8 hours.. INCLUDING BREAK! and its almost like a normal Room Attendant daily working hours because we have to stay back and stuffs.. but instead we are 6 days week while the RA are only 5 days.. Gg~

Maybe because this is the beginning.. so it seems rather tough.. lets see how things goes.. and maybe.. and hopefully.. i enjoy it in the future!!
