Rushed home today because i had a very important duty.. that is to cook my signature dish.. Beef Stew.. but with a bit of changes like changing the beef to pork because my relatives cannot eat beef.. but they aint coming over today so why did i cook today?
Ohhh.. thats because im cooking it for Reunion Dinner so im doing test runs now to see what is the best temperature and timing and amount of ingredients for the best stew.. Thanks qiann for coming over to become my guinea pig.. though it is proven to be delicious still and safe for consumption..
I just searched alot of recipes so as to expand my knowledge of cooking.. and is intending to put inside my own customized Recipe Book which i collage all my favourite recipes for easy referrals.. Will be at my kitchen most of the time for the upcoming holiday.. if my motivations stay steady until then.. =)
