Once again i conquered the much-dreaded NAPFA as i failed the first one with a depressing time of 14min17sec in the 2.4km run.. which is also the second run i did since i leave AMK Sec.. Realising that i must pass this NAPFA with at least a Silver to avoid the 2 months extra in NS.. i trained after work even though im half dead most of the time and fought this 2.4km run once again and I done it. I done it. ^_^
